That’s the way a lot of programs are going to go in this new era for better or for worse. I agree he is not an x&o guy but he doesn’t need to be. He is a program builder and can be successful in spite of that. Just wait until he gets an opportunity at a SEC school with unlimited NIL resources. It’s coming.

Yeah he's not staying at Colorado for long. It's clear he needs to go to a bigger school. People forget he took over one of the worst P5 schools in the country.

I think he will be at a USC or a SEC school after this season.

Why would any of those teams hire him? Other than maybe Vanderbilt.

Yes

Primetime needs to be at a primetime school. He's not doing anything in Boulder Colorado.

Exactly.

Those teams have massive resources. They're not hiring a guy coming off of back to back losing seasons at Colorado because ESPN hypes him. They want WINS.

Why wouldn’t they? I could see TAMU giving him a contract. Schools that can recover from mistakes quickly due their enormous NIL and athletic budget. TAMU is so desperate to be relevant - especially with the arrival of UT and Oklahoma in the SEC.
