Nine players signed to practice squad

So we signed 9 of 16 to the practice squad.  I am assuming they expect to get our 6 players back that just got cut when they clear waivers.  That puts us at 15.  I think they signed another corner back as well that will be added to the PS.  

Anyone surprised we didn't sign TMJ to the PS?  He cleared waivers.

He probably felt slighted and didn't want to be on our PS. Looking for a fresh start maybe.

Yes just mostly being a former 2nd round pick
