I damn sure would have waived David Moore before ISM...smh on that one.

I don't get it. He's never had 500 yards as receiver, and as far as returning he had 10 total returns for 75 yards in 2021 and 12 total returns for 111 yards. Hardly a specialist in the field. Also he like 29. ISM has far more upside and big play ability.
