I know it’s preseason but…

lots of positives today besides winning.

only 2 sacks, no ints.  

but my favorite part was the offense looking ready to execute.  Remember with Reich's team, seemed like we always had to call timeout before the play to make sure everyone was in the right place.  There was never a feel of the offense flowing.

Today, we lined up, executed and looked like an NFL offense for the first time in years.  Thank you Coach Canales for that.

No idea if it’s been mentioned by anyone, but I’ll be interested to see how the offense looks against not only 1st team defenders but post-first-10-scripted-plays.  How will Canales perform when adjustments are necessary?  I’m cautiously optimistic

It’s not going to be like last year. I don’t think the panthers are the worst team in the NFL this year. 

But this is still probably a bottom 10 roster talent wise and I think we need to prepare for another bad season, but the silver lining is this team might show some real promise going into 2025

The field goal drive before halftime gave me optimism.   Players seemed to be on the same page, looked disciplined and knew what to do.  And that was with one of the worst 3rd string QBs in the league. I know I shouldn’t be surprised that a professional football team looked professional but I was.  No need for the DBO sign on that one.

My god, an entire season of historically awful football is fogotten like grains of sand on the wind by the same crowd anointing the new hope on one preseason drive against the Bills 2nd/3rd string defenders, which also required a 4th conversion.  
 

Yall can drink the kool aid I’ll keeping pitching my tent in the prove it campground.
