No, but he wasn't consistent enough to be grouped in with Panther WR draft successes.  One or two above par seasons a great WR does not make.  Blind squirrel, nut and so forth.

We had just a crazy run of those rookie guys that would show promise in year one(sometimes two) and then poof.....gone from the league in a flash.

More recently it has just been bust after bust with little to no production at all.

TMJ is one, Mingo has a season to show he isn’t and XL is looking a little shaky to start out.

I missed the rookie part. Sorry.

Most of the reports Ive seen about him are shocked he made it this far. The theme is he's just not NFL material, I believe he was on PS the whole last season. Harbs isn't willing to do that this time.

He was a college TE. 

The Panthers never saw him as a TE.

Ronnie Harrison is an interesting cut. The Colts used him in the same way the Panthers used Chinn but Harrison just lost out to the numbers game. He can play linebacker or safety and would be the best safety on the roster not named Xavier Woods or Jordan Fuller.
