We'd put Buffalo ahead of Carolina, if only because we'd much rather go into the season with Matt Moore under center than Trent Edwards or Ryan Fitzpatrick. The Panthers have displayed the utmost confidence in Moore with their offseason moves while the Bills try to convince themselves that Brian Brohm is a realistic option.
