Just depends. Which are you more comfortable with. A 3 iron or a hybrid? Just go with the one you hit better.

I carry my three iron, but rarely hit it... I have a 3 hybrid, and never touch my 2 iron.

I'm comfortable with a 3 if I'm in short grass. But if I have distance to go in the longer stuff, I think I would like to have some weight behind the head of the club.

My best friend is a manager at sports authority. They dont advertise it but they will discount clubs to you there(cheaper than what you'd buy a used set at play it again sports). If you live in charlotte and want his name p.m me and I'll hook you up

I really like the way the Cleveland irons sit. I don't like irons with an offset at the hosel, and most of the Titleist's and Clevelands don't.

I like the TaylorMade Draw irons too... there's too many choices really. I went in Martins in Myrtle Beach two weeks ago when we were down there... you could really go crazy trying to narrow it down without some professional help.

Cleveland and TaylorMade are the two best imo. I've had some TA7s from Cleveland for over 6 years now and they still play fantastic. I also got the TaylorMade woods which are always reliable even though new they can be costly (but its worth it). Thats my personalo preference. But above all, I would mostly recommend Cleveland Irons.

I don't need lessons, I need playing time. If I could play three times a week for a month, I could shoot mid-70's instead of low 80's. It's hard to get better when you can't play much.

Lessons/playing time are somewhat similar. People think better clubs are going to make them better players. Almost never the case.
