I'm not here to say he's the best ever, but you can't say he sucks. That's just not true. People who suck DO NOT WIN 18 RACES. They may, may, may luck into one. He didn't get the government to push his car to the lead on the last lap because of his name. He's good. He's not great, and in the past couple years he's been average. He started out good, became great, then fell to average. 16th in points is not where drivers who suck usually are. It's not where legends are, but you don't suck your way there either.
