Anyone interested in a Huddle Fantasy League this year?

I personally would replace the two unpaid tomorrow especially if they aren't communicating with you at all.

Agreed. Don't need to drag out the process. If I haven't heard anything from them by tomorrow afternoon, we'll move to replace.

Post their names here so we can talk shitt about them.

That's part of the issue, I don't know their huddle screen names.

Okay, I removed the 2 that never got back with me and sent the invitation link to @shaq and @ClawOn.

I'll also try to send out a possible draft date later today. So far the only exclusions we have are 8:30pm or later and not on the 24th, 25th or 29th. Also can't be after the 28th because @KyaKona is leaving the country.

Anyone have an objection to Wed Aug 28 at 8:30pm Eastern Time?

Unfortunately, we had a player back out because they live out of the country and are 5 hours ahead and would have a tough time attending the draft and they of course don't want to auto draft.

We have 11 signed and paid up.

Anyone know another huddler that would want to play?

@KyaKona @toldozer @ClawOn @jasonluckydog @ladypanther @raleigh-panther @Whoops @SmokinwithWilly @shaq @Icege @WaterBoy

Okay, we got 12 again. Thanks to WaterBoy for joining in place of CarolinaLivin and paying so quickly.

Unless somebody objects, the draft will be held on Aug 28 at 8:30.

I'm going to hold the draft lottery tonight at 7:00. It's done online and can be watched via a link I'll provide once I get the team info entered.

Good luck everyone!

Okay, I've entered the team names into the website. The link is below. You can click the link anytime before 7pm and see the countdown clock. At 7:00 it will start in reverse order showing the 12th pick first and working down to pick one. I like knowing which spot I'm drafting so I do mocks from that position.

I got a question from a team about how using the website was decided. I apologize if I didn't make that clear early in the thread. It's still random, you'll just know where you're drafting now instead of 1 hour before if you let ESPN decide it.

It's not my website and I've used it in my home league for 4 or 5 years. To me it adds another layer of fun to the league and I like knowing where I'm drafting instead of waiting until 1 hour before the draft.

Hopefully nobody has an issue doing it this way.

Edited to add: The guy that ran the huddle league last year used the same website.

    • Fields is by far the most talented of the available QBs in FA.   Just not sure he will be a available because the Steelers are winning games. The more games they win the less likely he will be available. Fields gets them to the playoffs he's getting a nice contract from the Steelers imo.
    • thanks @Candler Cat copied and added to the OP.
