It has little to do with Lou, and more to do with bad, expensive, long term contracts.

Just wait until A-Ram goes down, as he always does. No backup in sight.

Fontenot and Theriot are not a recipe for a strong middle.

Fonzie is a butcher in left.

The team needs a major facelift, and the new owner struggled just to get things together to buy the team.

Change is a long way off, and by that time (most likely after this year), Lou will be gone anyway.
