Boston attorney Harry Manion claims that he recently investigated accusations against Ben Roethlisberger that the Steelers' quarterback sexually assaulted yet another (unnamed) woman in Nevada.

Manion claims the allegations were "absolutely identical to this Georgia girl’s story," of which charges were dismissed on Monday. Manion's alleged case never made it to legal or civil court, but this is an obvious trend. "There is a history here that is just super troubling," added Manion. "And the next one, the wrath of God’s going to come down on him, if there is a next one."

If he actually did get prosecuted, I wonder if his lawyers would use his motorcycle accident as a defense, saying it caused a problem in his brain that forces him to do stuff like this

I take the position that if you were the victim of a crime you need to step up press charges take the stand and put the Mfer way.

Desiree Washington had no problems taking the stand and putting Mike Tyson away for 6yrs for a similar offense, she didn't want money or fame she wanted the guy in jail for his crimes.

I just don't get the feeling that there was a REAL crime committed in the Ben case, I think it would have went forward anyway if it was & there was enough evidence, IMO what u have is 2 extremely drunk people f*cking or groping in a dirty bathroom, neither of them able to remember what happened, No witnesses, No Real DNA evidence.

How can u prosecute that.

And as for a suspension, I don't think the league can suspend a guy for a mear accusation, that will open up the flood gates. If thats the case I'm going to New Orleans to pay a hooker to say Brees assault her so the panthers can get some easy wins next season.

how did she get alcohol at the bar? they didnt card her or something? were they both drunk and got it on or what? what happened with those witnesses? alot of people are making some judgments but can even give these simple facts.

She made some bad decisions as well.

IMO a few slanderous words by the defense during the trial is a small price to pay for justice, because that would all blow over and Ben would still be rotting in a cell.

I'm not a women so I can't relate to the sexual aspect of the embarrassment she might feel, but IMO if I was the victim of a crime I couldn't live with myself knowing I didn't do everything in my power to put the F*cker away.

I agree and it pissed me off that she did not pursue it. She is basically allowing another Girl to get raped because he is going free. Still I understand why she did it too. Some people dont have the courage to stand and fight.

Hawk I wish it were that simple but not anymore. If no one sees her saying no then the no didnt happen. The only way to win a rape case anymore is threw DNA and Medical examinations. This is why Rape is so easy to do in America.
