Kindle reader

Anyone have one? I like the idea but not sure if it would work for me. Most of my reading time is either when flying or sitting on the beach or at the pool.

I have one. It's definitely worth it if you do a lot of reading.

My sister has one and she very much likes it. She uses it mostly for textbooks though. I read for pleasure much more than she, and I prefer having a physical book, so I don't have one.

I've thought about buying one, but I don't think I'd enjoy it. Main reason I need one is I'm running out of room for books. I already have 3 tall book cases double stacked, and more books stored in totes in our closet.

The gf likes the one I got her. Best feature is it doesn't reflect the sun off the screen so she can read it where ev's. The bad part is that it doesn't have a light source built in so you can't read in the dark without light...which I guess is only natural

Friend of mine has one and she loves it. I've seen her reading it many time while waiting for her daughter to get out of whatever she's waiting for her to get out of.

I'd get one if I read books on a regular basis. The screen on that thing is awesome for reading. It's so easy on your eyes, and the device is just awesome.

Love it. I'm all about the instant gratification of finding a book I want and being able to read it within seconds.

I did find a waterproof case for it online.

Dayum I had no idea the readers were so expensive! Even used ones on ebay are going to around $220.
