But he doesn't want to get into the exclusives argument again' date=' he prefers trash games or exclusives that I play on my PC over AAA true only on Playstation exclusives.[/quote']

Explain to me how I am trashing games by saying it's all a matter of personal preference?

Like I said, I own both systems and yes the PS3 has some great exclusive games but so does the 360. We had this argument in another thread and I don't feel like doing it again.

Actually I said you prefer trash exclusives (as in they suck) and games that are on the PC instead of great only on ps3 titles.

Oh ok I get it now, you're fuging retarded, or trolling

No I'm not retarded or trolling, the only true great "exclusives" for the the 360 are also available on the PC so really aren't exclusive. Saying that its a matter of preference which console has better exclusives is retarded, its not even close. Sony has matched or surpassed every 360 exclusive minus Fable and they have games like LBP that are unique and only available on PS.

lol LBP sucks.

The problem with the PS3 is the exclusives are almost wholly single player experiences. MGS4, Uncharted, Infamous, GoW3, Heavy Rain, etc are all built on being great single player games, which while I do appreciate those games, don't elevate the system to me. So sure, I'll take the PC over both consoles because it's built almost exclusively for multiplayer experiences which I prefer so no, it really isn't retarded about preference.

To each their own I find LBP pretty refreshing and different and I love playing it with my fiance. I guess you haven't played Metal Gear Online then because it is actually pretty fun. Your statement about exclusives being mostly single player is completely inaccurate though. What about The Show, Killzone 2, Resistance, MAG with 256 people per match, the upcoming Agengy and FFXIV mmos, Gran Turismo 5, SOCOM when it drops this fall not to mention all of the downloadable multiplayer games for the PSN.

Yeah but pretty much every downloadable PSN game is on XBLA as well. You can't really call the show multiplayer, baseball games almost always suck online. FPS is much better on computer, mouse and keyboard will always beat controller for that genre and MMOs are, for the most part, terrible. I'll give you MAG, although I haven't played it, that kind of massive online play is impressive.

The big thing that makes me a computer gamer type of guy is that the two genres I mainly play besides sports games are FPS and RTS. FPS is much better on PC and RTS is pretty much impossible on console. Halo Wars did a pretty good job dumbing it down for console play, but you just can't play an RTS on console. Plus the mod community for PC games are tremendous.

I can agree to disagree with you on this argument because I think both consoles have merit and I'm not one of those PC gamers that looks down on consoles players. As I've been saying, I own all 3 consoles currently but I log a lot more hours on my 360 than my PS3 and my Wii is in the living room collecting dust.

Yeah if you're huge into FPS and RTS you might as well not even buy a console. Especially if you're more into the latter.

My point was, take XBox's exclusives and subtract the PC games. Compare those to the exclusives the PS3 has. It's really no contest. Even if you personally don't like some of the games, just a quick glimpse at the Metascores of a lot of the games is pretty telling.

360 doesn't thrive off exclusives anymore. It's all about Live being a great service, combined with 95% of good games being multiplatform anyways.

And for the online argument. Arguing that free is better is not necessarily the case. If you don't want to pay for anything, then you could argue the PS3's service is better. Personally, I don't mind paying for something that's better. And that's the case with Live.

Anyway, the point is PS3 has better exclusives, hardware, etc. But, it's like you're in a closet playing it. Sony has a lot of catching up to do with the overall online service.

Those games have online play. LBP's online community is very large and for a game that sucks, it seems to be have received rave reviews.

Uncharted 2 and MGS4 has multiplayer.

You didn't mention Killzone 2, Resistance 1&2 or MAG.. which has 256 players online multiplayer...something the Xbox360 will possibly never see.

So, Sony has plenty of games that cater to online play.

Also LittleBigPlanet does not suck. It's one of the highest rated console exclusives of this gen. It's a great side-scroller platformer. Oh yea.. that has online multiplayer as well. :)
