Also, after beating San Fran and having the best record in the NL, I turn on Baseball Tonight. They cover the Braves, then the Phillies game which is still in progress. What do they do? Say how, now with Oswalt, the Phillies are a World Series team, and I quote "no doubt"...the Braves just beat the NL's BEST pitcher in a lot of people's eyes, and they still get no love? God oh mighty. The Braves are the Carolina Panthers of MLB.

Edit: Now Sportscenter did a bit better. "Braves have a Major League best record at home this season. However, only 10-10 since the All-Star break". Damn you, ESPN. Haters gonna hate though.

Sorry, but the Braves unfortunately don't get much love in their own city so don't expect much from a National level either.

Partially torn ligament in his throwing arm. He's going to try and rehab it and hope it won't have to be repaired. Moylan had the same thing happen and ended up having to get Tommy John surgery, which would put him out a whole calendar year at least. Hudson said it really takes a year and a half to return to form.

I'll back you up on that, I heard it also....I even checked the standings to see if what they said was true since the Padres might still have been playing but the Pads were in first regardless.

2 game lead. Hudson was amazing. Wagner came on with an attitude to close. Good to see Glaus come back and contribute a little. Need him to start getting hot! This cold spell is getting old.
