Chicken wings advertised as 'boneless' can have bones according to the Ohio Supreme Court

The court should've ruled that they had to be called chicken nuggies by law, because that's what "boneless wings" are.

I wouldn’t touch boundless chicken wings with 6 foot pole.  Those are no wings.  More like chicken ass and other parts.

Who went into court and actually argued this from a true, legal position?

There isn't a farm out there (Perdue, Smithfield, Tyson, Sanderson) who has ever claimed boneless wings are actually wings. Matter of fact, most all of them have openly admitted boneless wings are, in fact, oversized nuggets made from white and dark meat from breasts, thighs and other leftover parts.

There was a restaurant years ago that advertised boundless wings for a set price.  They didn't last long.
