Maybe they not liking what they see from Mango and TMJ. It doesn't hurt to bring him in and see if he can make the roster.

He can lineup in camp and do what he is supposed to do on all the reps where some other WR that wasn't going to make the roster might not.

I don't really care if we sign someone like him as a Camp Body, but a domestic abuse allegation is a little more problematic.
