Been here since 2008. Definitely a shell of what it used to be.

never  thought I’d be nostalgic for a forum but maaaan do I miss the days of all pro, daily training camp reports and photos from zod, Jordan gross interviews, and seeing a lot of the same names here. It really was the best NFL fan forum around.

So who's the longest tenured user on the huddle?

I always gotta show love to my OG's.

I was part of the old Huddle but don't remember when exaclty. Maybe 2004? Definitely by 2006. The hilarious arguments about benching Delhomme for Chris Weinke.

Clearly some of us failed to evolve lol.  I do not do social media.

I do very little on it. Mainly because I hate the "better" layout. It's better for them. Their algorithm feeds you the content that keeps you engaged. But that means your social media feed ends up becoming a rabbit hole of confirmation bias and triggering content. Not good. No wonder why everyone thinks the world is so polarizing. Everyone's social media feed is.

This.  I deleted Facebook cause of that. I did not liked the way it evolved.  I’d like to control what I consume.  This place is the only social media I got.  If I ever get banned, I might have to find an actual hobby.

If it wasn't for being able to keep up with people I'd otherwise likely lose contact with I'd delete it too. I do a LOT less on it now that I've moved back to NC. When I was in CO I was a long way away from most of my family, friends I grew up with, went to college with, etc.

If I didn't recently find out about Facebook Marketplace I would never use it except as a photo storage kinda thing

Yep, I still got fantasy football league going with my college buddies 15 years later so we got a text group. Thats the only folks I need in my life so that made social media obsolete to me.

    • Hope Koch recovers (he’s stated numerous times he doesn’t like to be called “koochie”) soon. But he does not instill confidence in the crease. I don’t have any confidence in any of our goalies, healthy or not. Andersen when available gives us the best chance to win but he’s never available.    Team has to explore trade options soon.
    • Respectfully, I completely disagree. Last year we were:  32nd in Sacks. 32nd in Turnovers.  32nd in Rushing TDs allowed  29th in Scoring.  We were absolutely atrocious on defense last year and that was with a full stable of weapons in Derek Brown, Frankie Luvu and Brian Burns that played all 17 games.  Using yards per game as a metric to guage our success lacks the context that because our offense was so inept teams were not driving the length of the field, they were starting at their 40-50 yard line.  This year, our Defense ranks:  31st in Sacks. Tied for 19th in Turnovers  31st in Rushing TDs allowed 32nd in Scoring  His defense fails to get pressure, fails to turn the ball over and fails to stop the run. Three things you absolutely have to do to be successful in the NFL.  Denver meanwhile has not missed a beat without him.  If another team wants to hire him as a HC and the Panthers get two 3rds for it I'll wish him the best and pack his bags myself.

Tea Tree oil is of the few essential oils a person simply don't need to dilute before you apply to your skin. It is often a concentrated natural oil safe for most skin types but along with sensitive skin may in order to dilute out.   Read More......>>>> https://sites.google.com/view/neotonics-official-web/home https://supplementamazon.com/buy-neotonics/ https://groups.google.com/g/neotonics-get-special-offer-/c/qitCTT9UoFc https://supplementamazon.blogspot.com/2024/11/neotonics-official-website-does-it.html https://soundcloud.com/neotonics0/neotonics-must-read-before-you-try-safe-or-at-risk https://neotonics-5.jimdosite.com/ https://gamma.app/docs/Neotonics-fcpshrechkygxai https://neotonics-buy.hashnode.dev/neotonics-details-reviews-more-info-to-buy
