To the credit of all involved, (including Tim Urban), damn if Aaron Kelly isn't starting to grow very old very fast... He's becoming one of my least favorite... He just isn't interesting anymore and he's picking safe/boring songs... His voice is alright, but he has really limited range... He's just way too young right now...

I kinda like that Mike has that arrogance though. Adam Lambert had that same swagger/outright cockiness. Although, to his credit, Adam is the best vocal talent AI has ever seen, and Mike is not.

Also, am I the only one who thinks Aaron Kelly looks like Ellen DeGeneres?

I did NOT like Adam Lambert. too much screeching. I'll never forget when he performed MJ's Black or White and everyone praised it. It was horrible. he screamed the entire song. When he actually took the time to sing, he was good, everything else was blah

By far the best singer/performer they've ever had.

Of course, he was a Broadway guy so you'd hope so. Which makes me wonder how much further they'll loosen the "amateur" guidelines.

You don't have to like the screeching (I can admit myself it could be a bit much at times) but no male contestant has ever had more control over his voice than Adam did.

He doesn't even use his head voice with those notes at the end. Dear lord.
