Interview With The Scout

lol

JR: Give me a couple of players that most people like me believe are first round picks that you think will slide.

Scout: Brian Price, the fat kid from UCLA. I’ll tell you what, Terrence Cody is in a lot better shape than that kid and he’s (Cody) comfortable with his size. Price will flash you the ability to get into the backfield, but watch him against good teams and he didn’t do sh**. I know a lot of people that think he’s going to be a big bust. Enough people that I think he’ll get humbled a little come draft day

Looks like he doesn't like anyone outside of McCoy, Suh, and Dan Williams either.

Yeap the were discussing this on Footballs Future draft forum. If you read the whole thing you tend to get an idea of how full of sh*t this so called "scout" is. This is the same guy that likes to interview anonymous sources. He was quoted saying these sure things before last years draft.

-Brady Quinn being traded

-J.P. Losman would a Panther by the end of the weekend

-Redskins will draft Clay Matthews at 13 if they can't get out of the pick

-Vikings would draft Eben Britton if he was still available at 22

-Lions almost certainly go defense at 20 and 33. Ideally Peria Jerry(available at 20) and Laurinaitis(available at 33)

Sure he might not come in ripped up but he is a freakin DT. And no way shape or form is he in worst shape then Cody. He weighs less, benched more, and he ran a better 40. Hes only 6'1" 303 not 6'3 and 350 (370 at the Senior Bowl).

I am just hoping these idiots keep it up and he falls to us in the 2nd. I am confident Hurney will put more stock into gamefilm and former teammates (about work ethic) instead of some unnamed "scout". I'd put money on that being a Cowboys scout if it really is a NFL scout.
