It would be stupid to trade for Jason Campbell at this point. Moore needs a shot. If he can't do it, great, nobody should be/will be expecting much from the Panthers this year anyway. We can go draft Blaine Gabbert or Terrelle Pryor the season after possibly. And if he does work out, great, we finally will have a competent quarterback for the first time in a long time.

Trading for a young quarterback that's been a starter for a few years elsewhere goes against everything the FO has been saying about how they don't want Moore to be looking over his shoulder.
