Due to lack of interest: Ozzie and Dan Silna from the Carolina Cougars

Due to a sweetheart deal in the ABA/NBA merger (1976), they received $2.2 million in cash up front in addition to a 1/7th share of the four remaining teams' television revenues in perpetuity to disband their team (which was then in St. Louis). They are currently getting about $17 million a year from that deal with $0 in expenses.
