This is literally, "So, I would like some pussy."

Ends up, "I'll suck anyone's dick."

That's the negotiating tactic I see.

It's all about those Dawgs has a broader meaning I guess...

To me it felt sarcastic when he said two firsts. He knew there was no chance, especially with the contract Burns would command. But obviously we should have sent on if the huddles many master negotiators, that would have guaranteed 10-15 first rounders.

Yeah, you can tell the two first thing was a play on the rams offer. This was “shooting the poo” as people say.

Burns playing like a bum all last season  tanked his trade value and contract. If he shows out and plays like an animal all season, we get at least a first and he might have gotten the money he wanted.

Instead, he showed the league he’s all about the business decision. Sounds like a GM killer to me. Morgan would have taken a Burger King Italian chicken sandwich (bring it back, BK) to get him gone.

Yeah as already stated in this thread and numerous other times, turning down the rams offer killed any chance of getting a haul for him now

Not going to fault Morgan, at least this time around, glad Burns is gone and we were able to flip that money over into the OL

Wow actually watching this. They didn't pay Saquon because they invested in Daniel Jones and want to see him sling it lol.

Jones showed 10x what Bryce showed in their respective rookie seasons.

Jones didn’t have the crapshow of a team that Bryce had as a rookie either.

Nothing personal, but can we please move on from the Bryce-bashing and look ahead to next season?

No because what was stated was true. Many rookie QBs have had a rough rookie year but also showed something. Bryce did not and it wasn't all the crap show around him, he was a substantial part of that crap show. His best game as the GB game and the other team looked like they had their heads up their butts more than the Panthers were good IMO.

Don't like it? I sympathize but no one has to play pretend if they don't want to. That wasn't Bryce bashing it was just truth that hurts. There is a big difference.

    • We could easily pick apart yesterday’s game: dropped passes, blown coverages, bad tackling and red zone issues to name a few. But it was clear that this wasn’t the same team from earlier in the season. They fought back and hung with the champs until the end. That’s what I was excited to see and it gives me hope that we’re on the right track.
    • I think BY played well today and exceeded expectations. I will temper future expectations as he has to string together many games of consistent quality. One game doesn’t convince me that he is a franchise QB or even a guy you want to stick with for another season. One game doesn’t erase all the negative play and limitations from the past couple of years. I hope he balls out and continues to get better but for me the verdict is still out   That said, I think he gave the team and fans hope yesterday which is a lot more than what we had when we woke up Sunday morning.
    • He was vastly improved today and we need to see more of Bryce the rest of the season to continue evaluate him in order to decide what the heck to do with him at the end of the season. He must play at least like this and improve more from here the rest of the season in order for me to keep him. No more 123 yard passing games and want to see at least this output weekly from him. If this is Bruce improving slowly over time then Canales is even better with developing QB's than I thought he was but still too early to tell and we need to see him the rest of the way as he has at very least earned back the starting gig moving forward.
