Will The NFC South Curse Keep Us Alive This Season?

Our talented young team combined with the Failcants and the Fuccenqueers is what will keep us in it. And we proved last year we can beat the Saints, so if we go 2-0 agains them, that could very well decide the division winner.

You mean we proved we can beat Mark Brunell's Saints.

Little different outcome for Drew Brees's Saints.

yup. putting my hate for the Saints and Falcons aside, and being real for a second, this division is not going to be easy. even if Moore is awesome and our defense steps up, that doesn't change that Falcons have done a lot to improve their defense, and their offense with a healthy Ryan/Turner is still among the best in the league. Saints offense is still in tact, and their defense might struggle but you can never count a Drew Brees lead team out.

I can see NFC South holding at least 1 wild card.

No, sir, we had Brees' saints whooped in the first meeting....then sat on a nice lead, and choked.

we had those mofos beat.....some people forget there is 60 minutes in a football game, not 30.

Granted... we looked like we might win...

But we have the same coach who sat down, and they have the same QB who rallied the team and came back to win...

So... yeah, we didn't beat Drew Brees's Saints.

No, we can beat Drew Brees' Saints too. Yes, the outcome may have been different slightly, but if you are in position to go down and score on your final possession, that means you can beat them. If not for untimely Williams fumble, who knows what wouldve happened. I'm fully confident that we can beat the Saints twice next year if we just get a couple standouts on either Offense or ST in this year's draft.

There is no curse. We ended the last to first streak in 08, and if you believe in the curse, you must think the Buccaneers are going to the playoffs this season (the only curse left is the last always goes to the postseason the next season).

We can beat the Saints. We did it for years and it isn't like they destroyed us when Drew Brees was playing. We can also beat Atlanta which we did in 09.
