I don't see how a quick clip of Tepper somehow should make people now think he isn't doing Tepper things just because the clip doesn't present that way. 

You are missing the point.  Yes Tepper has been a bad owner.  Good job pointing that out as everyone on here knows this.  This blueprint video shows nothing wrong being done by him.  If you are watching this video (yes put out by his organization) and walked away from it freaking out about him sitting in a War Room (like most owners do) while his GM tells him what they are doing you are literally trying to find something to get mad about.  Obviously it came from his team and they aren't going to make him look bad and it really did not make him look bad.  It was a video focusing on Morgan running his first draft working with Tilis and Canales clearly had previous input.  We can theorize whatever we want happened behing closed doors, but this video looks normal as designed.

Given his track record, I don’t like his influence in that room.

It may have been a small part of the video, but it was 3 full days of draft time.

I don’t mind T being there, but I don’t like how Dan doesn’t seem comfortable making a decision without T giving the nod.

How could you have that takeaway? Just rewatched those 2 min and it shows Dan fully in control. There’s even a spot where Tepp looks to him and asks who he likes… Dan says Wallace, who we drafted. Seems like he’s making the call. 
 

end of the day, Tepp cuts Morgan’s paychecks so I don’t really expect him to be rude or ignore him.

what the video does simply by showing his face.....is remind hardcore fans here that he is still our owner.  The bad owner.  The one who has been the worst in all of professional sports. The meddling one who makes consistently bad decisions.  So if you don't want hardcore fans to comment on that, don't put him in a "hype" PR piece.   It's an instant turnoff.  As this thread shows.  That's my point.

Lol if seeing the owner of a team's face upsets you that match then I probably wouldn't watch much content by said team.  If you are looking to be upset the have at it (I'm guessing this is the case).  It showed an owner that has mad bad decisions appear to be letting someone who knows more about football make the decisions.  He didn't even appear to know who Wallace was.  This simply a "behind the scenes" feel good video about how the draft happened.  You had to know the owner's face was going to appear.... I mean he was sitting in the War Room...

This thread shows the same people always upset being upset.  That is your point.  I see plenty of comments from people actually getting decent info from this.  Like the Wallace decisions and Dan's connections to other former players like Latupu who also ranked Wallace high, Tilis getting excited about having that 5th year for XL, seeing how Tilis worked the trades while Morgan had his guys ranked with Canales, noticing how they seemed set on getting a solid NB etc...  Plenty to take away aside from "Oh no I saw Tepper and Tepper bad!!!"

Right. Morgan stated he wanted his boss to feel that he did a good job at his first draft.  That's a normal mindset...

I mean, if you showed me a picture of Jimmy Clausen I would say he was a trash QB.  It's just the first thing that comes to mind.  I think trying to spin that type reaction as some uncontrollable rage that haunts someone is a bit much. 

Tepper is a really bad and meddlesome owner to date.  You want to show him in the type settings where we know he had been bad news.....again, don't be surprised if the first thing people think and comment on is saying water is wet.

Propaganda film trying to sell ‘change.’ Look at his history and personality up to this point. Does ANYONE really believe this isn’t HEAVILY slanted, with every second getting his blessing. I want to believe, but I’ve been abused and lied to for 5 straight years. Things may very well be going in the right direction, but I have to see it before I believe anything they (he) say. 
 

With select clips, BTK and Ted Bundy could be made out as saints. An edited video can say anything you want it to say.

I get the feeling that Coach and GM are finally on the same page. That is reason for some optimism in and of itself.

I mean, it's a couple seconds of PR content.  I'm not going to use those seconds to attempt to redefine what Tepper has proven to be.

We give them a lot of flack as fans but at the end of the day, they're human beings doing the best that they can. I appreciate these "fluff" pieces because it definitely humanizes our gladiators.
