I'm so over this team and Tepper that I honestly wouldn't care if he left Charlotte.  The Panther's fan base is no different than the rest of the NFL with the exception of a couple teams.

And I don't live in Charlotte any longer so I hope the city pays for the whole stadium . . . haha.

The downtown area is actually getting pretty nice now. The problem would be the commute. There are no good exits to Kannapolis from 85.

I doubt Kannapolis has a billion plus laying around to fund a stadium and Kannapolis is more conservative politically too, so good luck adding new taxes to pay for it. This "rumor" is likely nothing more than made up for clicks.

Kannapolis city budget was $125m vs $4.1b for Charlotte. They just don't have the means to come up with that type of coin in a town of 55k people to entice a new stadium.  A suburb like Santa Clara has a county budget of $10b and a city budget of $1.7b (which combined is twice Meck/CLT) which is why some of these suburbs can lure a team with new stadium money.  Arlington, TX has a population of 400k.  We don't have anything around here like that.

I think Northern VA is Commanders territory. Not sure I agree the rest of the state holds any loyalty to the team.

When I was stationed in Norfolk, the redskins were probably the team of the area.  Aside of course from the miitary people who were stationed there and kept there favorite teams.  In truth, even in the area I grew up (triad) there were more Redskins fans than any other team, simply because they were on TV every week.

My worst homeless encounter was in miami fl. Just started work there and had to ride the train for the first time. The depot was empty and there were about 15-20 benches spread apart, nice looking as well. I buy my ticket and sit down on one of the benches, alone for the next 3 minutes. Then comes 2 homeless guys and they decide to sit next to me....... After about 47 seconds I hear " BAAAAaaaAAAAAAAAAaaAAA!!!".....this guy is vomiting right in front of himself........ In shock I wait aaaabout 8-10 seconds and get up and go to a bench 3 units away. Few more minutes past and the train arrives. Get on and take my seat. They preseeded to enter the bathroom before the train moved.

Miami much like Aspen was a curse. It totally ruined my rating scale about Carolina women, plus Miami nightlife people never slept and everyone was 10s. I came back to NC and just couldn't believe my scale was that wrong........ Im talking girls working at normal stores and gas stations, SMOKED the baddest females in downtown Raleigh. I no longer put up with demands of them and in a way made me more popular.

    • In today's digital age, having a strong online presence is no longer a luxury for small businesses – it's a necessity. But fear not, budget-conscious entrepreneurs! A powerful digital marketing strategy doesn't require breaking the bank. Here's the good news: several effective digital marketing services are friendly on the wallet and can significantly boost your online visibility. 1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Be the Google Guru Imagine your ideal customer searching for a product or service you offer. With effective SEO, your website ranks high on search engine results pages (SERPs), making it more likely for them to find you. While in-depth SEO can be complex, there are plenty of affordable tactics you can implement yourself. Start by optimizing your website content with relevant keywords, building backlinks from reputable websites, and ensuring your website is mobile-friendly. There are also free SEO audit tools available online to analyze your website's health and identify areas for improvement. 2. Social Media Marketing: Engage and Connect Social media platforms offer a fantastic (and often free!) way to connect with your target audience, build brand awareness, and promote your products or services. Choose the platforms your ideal customer frequents, like Facebook for a broad audience or Instagram for a more visual focus. Regularly create engaging content, like informative posts, eye-catching visuals, and interactive polls. Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster a sense of community. Remember, social media is a two-way street – use it to build relationships, not just broadcast sales pitches. 3. Content Marketing: Inform, Educate, and Convert Content marketing is all about creating valuable content that attracts and engages your target audience. This could be blog posts, infographics, videos, or even downloadable resources like e-books. The key is to provide helpful and informative content that positions you as an expert in your field.  Over time, this builds trust and positions your business as a go-to source of information. Content marketing doesn't have to be expensive. Repurpose existing content into different formats, utilize free design tools to create visuals, and leverage guest blogging opportunities. 4. Email Marketing: Stay Connected, Keep Converting Building an email list allows you to nurture leads and stay connected with existing customers. While there are paid email marketing platforms with advanced features, several free options offer basic functionalities like list building and email sending. Craft targeted email campaigns that offer valuable content, promote special offers, or simply keep your audience updated about your business. Remember, permission is key – only add people to your list who have opted-in to receive your emails. 5. Google My Business Listing: The Local Beacon If your business has a physical location, claiming and optimizing your Google My Business (GMB) listing is crucial. This free service allows you to manage how your business appears in Google Maps and Search results. Ensure your listing includes accurate information like your address, phone number, and business hours. Regularly update your profile with photos, special offers, and customer reviews. A well-maintained GMB profile increases your visibility in local searches, making it easier for potential customers in your area to find you. Taking it a Step Further: Digital Marketing Services Near Me As your business grows, you might consider investing in additional digital marketing services. A quick Google search for "Digital Marketing Services Near Me" can help you find local agencies or freelancers who can provide expertise in areas like pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, advanced SEO strategies, and social media management. Remember, a successful digital marketing strategy is a marathon, not a sprint. By implementing these affordable services consistently, you'll be well on your way to attracting more customers, boosting your brand awareness, and achieving your small business goals!
    • Good point, but 5-82 and 1 TD were in the last 2 minutes of the 3rd through the 4th quarter. When your QB throws 58 passes and the D gives up 37, the WRs will have stats. Not trying to say Thielen was bad but that Thielen and Hubbard looked way better because they were the only competent offensive players.
    • Nooro Knee Massager: Its superior era, combined with person-friendly layout, offers a sensible and effective solution for a huge variety of knee-associated troubles. By deciding on the Nooro Knee Massager, you’re making an investment in a future of pain-free motion and better nicely-being.
