Had a lot of potential coming out of college but outside of some flashes, hasn't ever blown up in the league. I would think he's Kenny Moore with veteran experience and nothing more than that. A slot receiver, yes....but we need a viable #2 opposite Smitty. Let DJ80 and Moose take care of the slot/posession spot, with Kenny Moore as a darkhorse chance.

Reed has never put up big numbers but also he has never really had a quarterback that could throw to him. I think he might make a decent #3 and might be cheap. Can he help our return game?? I say sign him to league minum he seems to be an upgrade over Kenny Moore.
