Most of the value pieces on this team have already been traded for non-magic beans. That said, there is something to committing to a rebuild that has a plan and takes tangible, measured steps towards that end. Instead, we have had the opposite of that approach, and it's been more like willy-nilly get rich quick schemes year after year. -
There's certainly a lesson in there somewhere. -
The thing is, who are you going to get to come to Carolina? Who really wants to play for this organization after what they’ve seen with David Tepper as the owner? No coach would want to be the head coach for this organization. Let’s face it, we are not a destination franchise.
