Looking for a good butcher who sells Prime Beef...

Inland Seafoods has prime beef but you will have to go pick it up. I believe they are done in NoDa. I bought some wagyu beef from them.

Reid's butcher shop in uptown. A bit of a drive for you but they are the best butcher shop in town. We get our thanksgiving and christmas rib roast from them and have for 20 years. It's outstanding.

Prime Beef is more elusive than most people realize...most of that stuff is reserved for high end restaurants....It's not on every street corner.

Yar. Most you'll find in grocery stores is choice (or select lol... but yeah if you're looking for prime you probably don't shop at those stores). Its definitely difficult to find prime beef outside of ordering it at a high end restaurant.

People ask me all the time and I never have a clue so this thread should come in handy.
