i didn't read the OP or any posts in this thread but i'll endorse amplified mass xxx from GNC. i'm gaining mass at a ridiculous pace.

also, take n.o xplode pre-workout as it gurantees an intense workout and a solid post workout poo.

hey guys don't worry about that annoying MASS

because that's all it is.

there is no common ground between hulked up mutant and lean pilates instructor.

you're either bulky and stiff or lean and flexible

Hey Saint J.....after you get done with the NO Xplode....get UPS labs Jack3D. Much more effective without all the fillers that NO Xplode has. You won't go back to NO Xplode.

Fiz what is your opinion on working the same muscle group two days in a row?

don't

If there is no soreness the day after, is it still detrimental to work the same muscles again?

if there's no soreness you're not doing it right.

I do 15-20 min of ab/core at the end of my workout every other day and it keeps my abs looking good, but I'm never sore the next day. Maybe I'll just double the routine and keep it to every other day.

people really overdo abs

just do weighted decline

3 sets at like 35-45

3 times a week

but with stuff like abs and calves, meh. as long as you're not doing chest.
