Best Whey Protein

Im looking to fill out a bit. I dont want a high cal. protein.

What is the best whey protein on the market for a decent price?

I did some research on it when I was lifting and found I liked the EAS protein the most.

there's a lot of puffery in promoting protein supplements. Just get something that tastes good but is easy on the sugar. (I like American Whey)

EAS or Muscle Milk are too good ones. Also if your looking for low Cal try Boost with high protein. It prob tastes the best out of the bunch as well.

I tried alot of them, I liked muscle milk light, taste great but even the light has around 6g of fat

Optimum whey was my favorite & its only around 130cal very little fat

I'm on Gaspari Myofusion right now 157cal 3g fat 25g protein, its a mix of whey,casein & egg, other then the deal on got on it 5lbs for $25 i will probably go back to Optimum.

Optimum doesn't have alot of the added BS & fat that some other brands have, its pure whey and its cheap.

IMO you can't go wrong with it.
