2023 was doomed from jump street.

I kinda like having as close as we can get to an equal measuring stick to see if we look any better vs. the same point last year.

yeah but the joint practices, the reports and hard knocks from it, was when it was visually confirmed we were fuged.

Really hope the team employs the same strategy from last year of not doing anything remotely right during preseason so they can deceive and trick the league into thinking we suck before we really turn it on Week 1 and catch everyone by surprise. Only problem is last year they forgot to turn it "on" once the season started.

Not for most of the Huddle. Hell, they were still convinced we were playing some type of 4D chess not showing our cards when we looked like the NFL equivalent of a JV team during preseason. When I was saying things like "our OL literally can't block the man in front of them" and "Bryce does not have a starting caliber NFL arm" and "our WRs can't get any separation" I was mocked for not understanding that preseason doesn't matter and we'll look like a completely different team once our brain trust starts game planning. Okay, we'll see. Well, we saw.

2 things can be true.

we sucked all around last year and it was obvious

but preseason still means absolutely nothing.

we looked like poo 2015 preseason and KB went down everyone thought the season was doomed.

You can definitely judge individual talent. When the majority of your OL is just getting manhandled, your QB is floating ducks around, and your receivers can't get any separation against basic coverages you have a problem. We had a very obvious problem last preseason but most folks decided to delude themselves anyway.

I wish it was in New Jersey so we could get better media coverage than whatever Tepper is going to allow. Either way looking forward to Jets fans and medias brutal truths

That Will be something to trust, probably, as opposed to homers and dreamers looking at it and seeing what they want to see, and blaming everything on everything but their boy. Which some people will still do if it goes that way.

I mean, if Jets people say he is a new man, looks so much better, etc, I think I would believe that before praise from Young fans.

The Jets are also practicing with the Commanders and Giants, so they will have some fresh perspective on everything from quality of players to how well a rookie HC can run a camp

    • Constipation Unmasked: Insights into Digestive Health Are you tired of feeling bloated, uncomfortable, and constantly searching for relief from the grip of constipation? You're not alone. Constipation is a common digestive issue that affects millions worldwide. In this blog post, we will dive deep into the world of constipation, debunking myths, exploring natural remedies, and shedding light on how diet and lifestyle play crucial roles in maintaining optimal digestive health. So grab a cup of tea (herbal is best for digestion!) and let's unmask the secrets to a happy gut! Understanding Constipation and Its Causes Constipation is more than just an occasional inconvenience; it can impact your daily life and overall well-being. Understanding the root causes of constipation is key to finding effective relief. While occasional irregularity in bowel movements is normal, persistent constipation may be a sign of underlying issues. Several factors can contribute to constipation, including a lack of fiber in your diet, dehydration, sedentary lifestyle, or certain medications. Stress and anxiety can also play a role in disrupting your digestive system's regular function. It's essential to listen to your body and pay attention to any changes in your bowel habits. Keeping track of what you eat, staying hydrated, and incorporating physical activity into your routine can help prevent constipation from becoming a chronic issue. Stay tuned as we unravel the mysteries behind constipation and empower you with knowledge for better digestive health! Common Myths About Constipation Debunked Constipation is a common digestive issue that many people experience at some point in their lives. However, there are several myths surrounding constipation that need to be debunked. One common myth is that only older adults experience constipation. In reality, people of all ages can suffer from this condition due to various factors such as diet and lifestyle habits. Another myth is that increasing fiber intake alone can cure constipation. While fiber is essential for bowel health, other factors like hydration and physical activity also play a crucial role in preventing and relieving constipation. Additionally, some believe that laxatives are the only solution for constipation. While they can provide temporary relief, relying on them long-term may lead to dependency and worsen the issue. It's important to understand that maintaining a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and staying hydrated are key components of good digestive health. By debunking these myths about constipation, we can better educate ourselves on how to prevent and manage this uncomfortable condition effectively. Natural Remedies for Constipation Relief Are you tired of dealing with the discomfort of constipation? Looking for natural remedies to bring relief without relying on harsh medications? You're in luck! There are plenty of gentle and effective ways to ease constipation and promote healthy digestion. One simple remedy is increasing your fiber intake. Foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and legumes can help soften stool and make it easier to pass. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day. Hydration is key in keeping things moving smoothly in your digestive system. Incorporating probiotics into your diet can also be beneficial. These "good" bacteria help maintain a healthy gut flora, which can aid in digestion. Herbal teas like peppermint or ginger tea may also provide relief by relaxing the muscles in your intestines. Regular exercise is another great natural remedy for constipation as it helps stimulate bowel movements. And don't forget about the power of relaxation techniques like yoga or meditation – stress can contribute to digestive issues too. By incorporating these natural remedies into your routine, you can find relief from constipation and support overall digestive health in a gentle and sustainable way. When to Seek Medical Help for Chronic Constipation Chronic constipation can be more than just an occasional inconvenience; it can significantly impact your quality of life. If you find yourself experiencing persistent symptoms such as infrequent bowel movements, straining during bowel movements, or a sense of incomplete evacuation, it may be time to seek medical advice. Consulting with a healthcare professional is crucial when constipation becomes a chronic issue that doesn't improve with dietary changes or over-the-counter remedies. Your doctor can help determine the underlying cause of your constipation and recommend appropriate treatment options. In some cases, chronic constipation may be a symptom of an underlying health condition such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), thyroid disorders, or neurological issues. Seeking medical help early on can lead to timely diagnosis and management of any potential underlying conditions contributing to your digestive issues. Don't hesitate to reach out for medical assistance if you experience severe abdominal pain, rectal bleeding, unexplained weight loss, or sudden changes in your bowel habits. These could be signs of a more serious condition requiring prompt attention from a healthcare provider. Maintaining Good Digestive Health for Overall Well-being Maintaining good digestive health is essential for overall well-being. Incorporating fiber-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet can help regulate bowel movements and prevent constipation. Hydration is key – drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep things moving smoothly in your digestive system. Regular exercise not only benefits your physical health but also aids in promoting healthy digestion. Stress management techniques such as meditation or yoga can also play a role in supporting optimal digestive function. It's important to listen to your body and pay attention to any changes or discomfort you may experience. Avoiding excessive consumption of processed foods, sugary snacks, and alcohol can contribute to better gut health. Additionally, getting an adequate amount of sleep each night allows your body time to rest and repair, including the digestive system. Prioritizing these habits can lead to improved digestion and overall well-being. Conclusion Maintaining good digestive health is essential for overall well-being. By understanding the causes of constipation, debunking common myths, adopting a healthy diet and lifestyle, exploring natural remedies, and knowing when to seek medical help for chronic issues, you can take control of your digestive health. Remember that a happy gut leads to a happier life. So listen to your body, make informed choices, and prioritize your digestive wellness for a healthier and more vibrant you.
