Yep, I washed my 2 story last year. I used a pressure washer but hand scrubed the whole house with a brush and someTSP and rinsed down with the pressure washer. Used a 30 foot ladder and a telescopic pole to reach "A" areas that were about 50 feet up. Took my father and I a couple of days and a lot of work but it looks 10 times better than a couple of my neighbors who just had their house "professionally" pressure washed. If you are going to do it, do it right IMO.

From the front and back of the house it is about 26 feet from ground to the beginning of the roof. On the side where the vinyl goes to the top of the A frame (crest of the roof) and it is just right around 45-50 feet. A 30 foot ladder with a 12 foot extension brush would not reach it and it felt like 100 feet being up there. Did I use a tape measure? No but that is scietnific enough for me. Come over and I will throw you off of it and you can count how long it takes for you to hit the ground.

Getting prepared to pressure wash my two-story home starting this weekend. It's time to clean and paint the house and clean and stain the porches. One of the greatest features of my house is that there's only one side that I'll need an extension ladder to reach the peak. Fuging wonderful!

Now, if I can only get that excited when it's time to start working on it...
