I got to tell you chicos. 17 sounds a little too high for a man that just raised ticket prices 8 out of the last 10 years. This chica obviously cares more about his wallet than he does his fans or for winning.

    • I have a couple friends that are Bears fans who were ecstatic when the team finally shipped Justin Fields out of town. Apparently there was an obnoxious chunk of their fan base that had become "Fields truthers" that would hype up every mediocre play, point fingers at anyone and anything to excuse his blatant failures and generally just be completely insufferable and annoying in their blind homerism. My friends were happy to be rid of Fields just so these truthers could go pester another teams fanbase for a change. I didn't really understand it at the time, but now, man, I get it.
    • That is today's NFL though.  A "running team" is a team that runs the ball about 50% of the time.  Even Baltimore which leads the NFL in rushing, has only 3 more rushing attempts per game than passing attempts.  And probably some of those are Lamar dropping to pass then taking off.   Today, if my math is correct, we had 31 runs, and 31 passes.  Five of the passes turned into runs when Bryce was pressured, but I think that is the balance Canales wants in a close game.   In the end, the only thing that matters is how many points we score, and do we score more than the other team.
    • This thread is about the play of Kyler vs Bryce.  Not the Panthers vs Cardinals.
