Nothing in Bryce’s highlight reels on YouTube screamed #1 overall pick worthy, and I struggled to see what the hype was and where it was coming from. 
Last season certainly confirmed that he needs a stacked team to be mediocre.

I’m hoping he overcomes all this. Like I said last year, if he’s good we are good, but he’s got a lot to improve on.

IMO his issues are fundamental and not personnel wise.  He is not going to overcome that in one off season

We just need to invent a new formation where Bryce stands 15 yards behind the line of scrimmage and JJ Jansen plays center.

I’m holding out hope but I know deep down he’s probably a bust. He seems like an awesome kid and I can see why management would’ve loved him in interviews. 
 

The velocity on his throws just can’t do it at this level, especially if he isn’t making up for it with accuracy.
