we had a tornado warning today and the sirens went off but didn't see anything. very severe weather all day and my county is still experiencing it.

i got sick of all the warnings on the TV today, when it wasnt even raining nor thundering at my house.

I dont think there is a siren within 5 miles of my house..not that its ever really needed.

It did finally start storming around 9:15 or so...got to sit and watch hail hit my new car.

Talked to a friend of mine who lives near Oak Hollow lake. Said they couldn't get any sleep because of all the sirens going on now. The tornado was about three blocks from his house. When I talked to him, they were just starting to evacuate the area because of a gas leak. Haven't heard from him since then.

We had a tornado in High Point. They have been playing the video of it on Fox 10. Just as the sun went down can see transformers blowing or electrical lines being snapped. Nothing but alot of rain here in WS and even that was light compared to the rest of the area.
