You're right, but hang onto him for now. We won't get any relief by letting him go. Here me out.

There's always that team that gets hit by the RB injury bug every year (Ravens come to mind in recent years). Flip him when a team gets desperate with RB injuries.

Penny is just a body, he is pretty good when healthy but he has never ever ever been healthy. He has never played more than 14 games in a season and that was his rookie year
