Part fluff, part insight into the draft and FA, as well as some interviews with Luke and Dan.

A couple of notable insights I gained from this: 

- Diontae Johnson seems eager to help Bryce progress in his career

- Clowney is happy to be back home

- Luke is essentially a FO spokesperson

- Dan says he would've liked to have added more talent in the draft, and he seems eager to scour the waver wire for other team's cuts. It's easy to read into his statements that this roster rebuild is nowhere near complete in his eyes.

If there’s any year to be aggressive with it, it’s this one.

The Panthers Huddle is usually just propaganda …this one was actually good

im feeling good about the Morgan and Canales marriage 

the proof is ‘in the pudding’ however 

…and have to remember a first time head coach and players who have never played together before but they can’t possibly be worse than last year 

the wild card to all this,  too,  is Young 

I wish I felt better about him but I don’t 

Morgan says he wants ‘dawgs’ not ‘dogs’ I.e. pit bulls vs poodles…I see young as the latter, not the former 

Regardless, life is full of surprises…maybe he is a lot more than I see.  I’m not a scout or coach

How about we hire Luke as our new Director of Pro scouting

Why would a team ever not be aggressive in improving the roster? It may look different from year to year but even the best rosters churn at the bottom. That's a no-brainer.

C, QB3 and DE can all be upgraded by most teams trash

Definitely. I'd like to see a QB3 with some actual potential in the event of unforseen circumstances as it's a 17 game season and since winning football games is kinda ya know the goal. But I get the sense we will see a relatively boring young QB that will not make any waves at all.
