if there's a lockout...

not too sure if this has been discussed but what happens to the college players eligible for the draft the year there's a lockout? is there even a draft? i'm sure the players union won't allow for them to at least study a teams playbook if there's a work stoppage. also, i'm sure it'd be way tough to evaluate a player out of college who has to sit out a year with no football. the ufl should still be playing i guess. maybe they go there?

They would still have the nfl draft but it would be a weak class cause no juniors would declare
