Cooper or Frazier are my best gets. This will be Shaq's last year and Cooper is skilled enough to probably be starting by week 5 and lord knows we need linebackers who can cover the middle of the field

I agree that there is still a ton of talent left! If there is 1st round talent value, panthers need to pick them up! Examples, JPJ, cooper Dejuan.

This is what we have left (approximately).  If you want C, and JP-J is there, we are lucky.  I do not think they will draft a Center.  The best edge is available, but I do not see them pulling that trigger either.  The CBs are solid and there are a lot of good ones, but I think the ILB pool is so limited and the best ILBs are possibly available here. There are seven "second tier"  CBs listed, and it is probably unlikely that seven  CBs go in round 2...meaning that a CB on the second tier level should be there at 65.

Personally, I think I would draft Edgerrin Cooper or Payton Wilson at 39. Then I would draft a CB at 65. I might draft the C instead of a LB, but I am not getting a decent ILB after round 2.
