at best this is the extremely odd behavior 

at worst this is an invasion of someone's privacy and signifies he thinks he is above the guy right there, like the guy needs to take his hat off when talking to him. abuse of power dynamic. 

how people are defending this after he threw a drink on someone is beyond me.

Tepper tries to touch me or take my hat off he will truly learn what FAFO means.  How do people defend this clown?  He is literally THE WORST thing to ever happen to this organization. It will never be good with that nut hugger in charge.
