This draft is just moving way to fast for me.

We need to devise a plan to speed this up. We might be in the 3rd round by training camp.

I purpose that anyone that is within 5 picks of the current pick have to send there top 5 to one of the Mods and if you don't have that in by the time your pick is up they pick for you. And allow 24 hours between every 5 picks. That way 5 times as fast and no no one is anymore rushed then they already would have been.

You basically have 5 people on the clock at once and they all have 24 hours to make there list. Most likely thats how you would pick anyway had one of your 5 gone before you anyway.

It would limit trades however. Just an idea don't hate if you don't like.

Try 7 almost 8 days and were only at 23. And the issue is not the compleity of the draft decisons but simple people don't check in enough. How hard is it to take 1 min to check once in the morning and once at night if your pick is nigh.
