Panthers ticket rep / Organization trying to boost the fan experience.... received a call today

Received a call today from my ticket rep, she has been with the team two years. Asked my why I wasn't renewing my tickets and I told her for the past 6 years I have not really enjoyed attending the games, my kids want to leave early, the energy has been sucked out of us and that I can't justify the ROI anymore of being locked into games like CAR against NO at full ticket value. That I was going to use the savings of the committed PSLs to do things like attend the Vegas away game or Germany game and that me and the boys would enjoy spending more time focusing on the tailgate then last minute decide if we even wanted to attend the game and get tickets last minute

 

It was a pleasure speaking with you today! 

Her response below is she told me she would guarantee the boys each of the experiences below if I renewed. I plan on showing it to them to see if it sways them but curious to see anyone's take on here who was a PSL holder and transitioned away what incentives if any did the team try to do to have you stay 

From our conversation, I wanted to follow up with you about the various experiences/events we have in the works for PSLs Owners: 

 

• VIP Training Camp: All exclusive Training Camp access during Back Together Saturday which includes transportation, food and beverage, special viewing area, and autograph area.

 

• Chalk Talk (Silver Club Only): Be the first PSL Owners to meet the new coaching staff during a live-in person Q&A Session led by Team Reporter, Kristin Balboni. Before Q&A session, PSL Owners are invited to cocktail style happy hour, photo opportunities, raffles (autographed items, game day experiences), and more.

 

• PSL Owner Movie Night: Have you every been to a drive-in movie theater? Well, this is an exclusive event for PSL Owners to join us for movie under the lights on the field of Bank of America Stadium. Each year, the theme of movie changes from football to Halloween themes movies. 

 

 

• Gam Day Experiences (list form ’23; subject to change): 
  • Player Tunnel Walk: You have the chance to be up close and personal with your favorite Panthers player(s) as you are in the home-team tunnel during player introductions. You will be apart of the fun immersive experience with their favorite hype songs, handshakes, strobe lights and fog, and getting the chance to take pictures.

 

• • Player Arrival Experience: This all-inclusive food and beverage experience lets you welcome players into the Stadium on game day. With a live DJ playing their favorite song to get them hype, players stop and take pictures/videos with their most loyal fans, PSL Owners. 

 

• • Flag Experience: A PSL Owner exclusive where you are holding the American Flag, or Panthers Flag (new in 2023), on the field as the National Anthem is being sung. 

 

• • Post Game Field Passes: Have the chance to have uninterrupted time on the field running routes, scoring touchdowns, and kick field goals after your favorite player just finished up a game. This gives you up to one hour post-game to enjoy this experience with friends, family, and fellow PSL Owners. 

 

As we continue to plan for the remainder of the offseason and into the 2024 football season, more PSL Owner events and benefit will be announced along with various game day experiences, all exclusive to PSL Owners.

Probably a marketing or communications major right out of college trying to find a job in their field ending up doing this for the time being..........they have to know they are just selling the sizzle but not the steak with this organization. 

Trying to sell a sport as an event experience is a marketing ploy in an attempt to expand the target market and grow it with younger fans..............but the absolutely best way to do that is to......
