Too be honest i wouldnt call most of those guys bad players, it had a lot more to do with management after Hurney left again. We technically havent even been using D brown correctly if wasnt for him being so talented. We also  have traded all the premium players Hurney drafted when he came back because of bad management and couldnt manage to get one first rounder in return.

I think Frank was always the main option going into 2023. It seemed to me the Ben Johnson interview was more for him to come join The Coaching Voltron

He's a LB. Actually, he's an old school in the box SS but we call those LBs in the modern NFL.
