I've seen enough of 'Dawg" Morgan, he is a bonafide idiot and Tepper got his bootlicker

2nd and 5th for a guy who had a value of minimum two 1sts- FAIL

letting a DAWG walk in Luvu- FAIL

signing a guard to a ridiculous contract- FAIL

Couldn't run a pizza joint and certainly not able to understand the value of a young DE in the trade market.....

I am SO GLAD I didn't renew my PSLs

Enjoy Tepper

I think the guard signing was a plus. That guy is a stud and is going to free up Christensen and Icky and allow us to figure out our best set up.

Im most disappointed in losing Luvu. We have a history of strong MLBs and we don’t have one now unless we expect Shaq to take over.

Burns is overrated but I thought we could at least get a first for him.

It's still very early but at the end of the day no matter which view you take on all this we did hire the right hand man and best friend of the worst Panthers GM in team history by a significant margin.

This thread thread should be fun, I think it’s important to note that contract negotiations are a two-way street. Management can wanna play back, but if he wants to test free agency it’s nothing you can do.

anyway enjoy

1 minute ago, Jon Snow said:

You are angry with the wrong guy. This mess you are seeing is brought to you by Fitterer.  He set all of this in motion the second he turned down that trade. All Morgan is doing is trying to salvage what he can. The Luvu thing and having to overpay for a good guard is disappointing but that is the price we will have to pay to begin to rebuild this thing.

One is big deals I had with Morgan, he was Fitts right hand guy. You know fitt took his advice and they built the worse talented roster in the NFL. Sure rhule can be blamed as well, but even the depth was piss poor. It honestly felt as bad as when herniay came back about the "wtf" level of it. He got rewarded, sooo odd.

    • I respect Deion but I said and thought immediately when he was hired there he would not be the coach after 3 seasons.  I don’t see it happening
    • If my reply comes off argumentative, that is not my intention so please don’t take it as such.  You said one word, probably subconsciously, in your post that immediately disqualifies him from being a QB in the NFL. You actually said it twice. Kid. It’s exactly how you see him, and exactly how the rest of the entire NFL sees him as well.  Yes, he is a kid, he looks and acts like a kid and that exactly IS the problem. The NFL is for grown ass men. Period. Hell, our kicker looks like he collects ‘taxes’ as a side hustle. These are straight dudes. Men.  Nothing in his persona changed from last year to this.  Nothing in his physical stature. Nothing. He has shown 0 development. 0. And he disrespects the entire organization, talking video games and Netflix in the offseason. Bro. Really. My man Chuba is busting his ass to look good for his second contract. Set himself up for life. How many RBs make it to even sign contract #3? First 2 games he has to run in to a brick wall continuously because Netflix can’t even get it over the LOS.  He’s a kid who pulled off the biggest heist in world history. He looks happier on the sideline goofing around than he ever has looked on the field. It’s time to cut bait.
    • I hear you and I can imagine it's frustrating as a fan, but UNC-CH leaving the ACC would be throwing away over a century of history. It would really suck if y'all, or Clemson, or any of the other remaining charter members leave. I still think it sucks that Maryland left as well. Feels so wrong not having that rivalry anymore. Maryland fuging hated us and I loved it. Who's Maryland's rival now in the big 10? Rutgers? lol. Also, I think that the Heels are more likely to be Kentucky 2.0 than you are to get serious about football upon joining the SEC. Both UNC (and also Duke's) administrations seem very stuck in their ways with sticking to their ways and remaining basketball powerhouses. I do wish we could see NC teams actually competing in my favorite sport sometimes but alas. I personally value keeping our history intact over trying to become top flight CFB programs because nowadays it's just a pay to win sport anyways. Even if UNC-CH got serious I doubt they could compete with that Texas oil money, or that Oregon nike money, or that USC rich kid money. That's all top level college football really is anymore. You're either an established blue blood or you're willing to waste tons of money that could be spent on education rather than football.
