A 2nd and 5th is nothing. If you think Brian Burns for a 2nd and 5th and cap space is worth the trade then you're completely lost in the sauce. Go look at the Panthers history of 2nd and 5th round picks and tell me this team is going to find anything with them.

This cap space will go to overpaying another free agent that's looking for the bag first, a winning franchise second.
