Honestly, just the fact that they gave him a contract worth $30 a year is proof that he shouldn't have been traded for less than a 1st, let alone a 2nd and a future 5th

Burns/#33 for #6 seems fair. They still get basically a late 1st and Burns. 

 

We take Bowers at #6 who is the next great TE prospect. Bryce has his weapon. If he can't improve at least the next QB we draft has Bowers to work with on offense.

I wouldn't be upset if I were a fan, the Giants made him the second highest paid Edge- I don't think this fanbase wanted that.
