Hey guys,

Im looking into getting a new desktop at home and was wondering if u guys have come across any kind of deals. Im looking at a pc with and intel chip with at least 2.7 ghz of processor speed. Windows 7 64 bit with 8 gb of ram. If it comes with it I would like a 23 inch screen. I need a pretty good Video card to come with it also.

Building your own computer is overrated. By the time you've expended the man hours, you're a good 500$ in the hole.

Took me less than 45 minutes to build my new pc and just under an hour to build my daughters, case I bought for hers was too damn small for a 4870 video card but I made it fit.

If you build your own you will know what's in it and that the parts are new and what you want. Getting one from Dell or any other company you may get refurb parts and it could be a nightmare.

Check out newegg.com, they have some already built and some barebone models and they list out each part and spec so you know what you will be getting.
