I would say Sam Mills, but one could argue he legacy was not created in Carolina.

Peppers- but hes gone.

We do not have players past or present to be reconized.

The closest one would be Steve Smith and that will depend how his last 5 years go.

If Stewart , Dwill, Beason and Davis stay here for their entire careers they could be on th list.

I think minter should have gone to the probowl in 02 and maybe 03. He was VERY good those years.

A lot people like to play up a saftey's brutal tackles to cover up his coverage skills. But in 02 and 03 minter honestly was such a presence that he didn't have to cover well. But for the most part he did.
