don't get me wrong, I like the Irish...just not sure why we need a St. Patricks day is all.

We don't get our kids to wear Sobreros to school on Cinqo de Mayo....or wave white flags on French Independance day...why the green for the Irish...come on....I need to know damn it

Frankly, I'm surprised that we Americans haven't turned Bastille day into another drinking holiday.

COVER ME IN GUINNESS AND THROW ME TO THE IRISH LESBIANS!!!!!

Listening to Philly Sports radio this morning they were broadcasting from an Irish Pub in the city. Place was noisy and packed with people getting plowed.........this was at 8am. Why to keep the stereotype alive Irish Piladelphians!!!!!

They're doing the same here. Fado on 4th street was packed to the rafters by 9 am.

A higher percentage of Americans celebrate Cinco de Mayo than Mexicans.

It's a very regional holiday there.

most of it is because we need every excuse we can find to drink heavily at a designated day.

spring is full of drinking, we've got St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo in may, and it's only 72 days until the guido new year
