Graham Barton?

Since my favorite Jackson Powers-Johnson seems to be a mid first rounder at this point, how about Graham Barton?

I know nothing about him outside of some draft profiles. He’s a tackle who can play G/C. Sounds like a great player on paper. Could play LG this year and move over to tackle in 2025. 

Any insights or opinions about him?

Versatility is going to make him valuable. Would be a great pick for us. Him and Cooper are the top guards. Much like Jackson-Powers he might be a 1at round target for someone needing interior line help.

I like the UGA center a lot too

He's the most versatile guy in the draft. Reasonable that he can be a high level guard or center and likely a swing tackle. That's hard to find.

I'm still stuck in my Sedrick Van-Pran trench.

Wouldn't hate the Barton option, but for the blocking scheme Canales likes, Van-Pran is the best fit.

I need to do some more digging to see who would be the best plan B for that.
